Sunday | April 23, 2017 | 10:00 am — 12:30 pm

The art of fermentation enhances, and preserves, the foods and flavors of the season, while making whole foods even more nutritious. In this introductory class, you will learn the why and how of fermentation, taste a variety of seasonal ferments, and set up two simple fermentation projects to take home. Nishanga will help you crack the fermentation code to reap multiple health and culinary benefits!
