Wondering what do when your whole bed of cabbage is ready to pick all at once? Preserving your harvest so that it can be enjoyed for months to come can be a great way to avoid wasting the produce you worked so hard to grow, and it’s tasty and nutritious! Join us for this class to learn how to make your own fermented foods like kimchi and kraut. You’ll get to sample a few kinds of preserved veggies as well!
