Ferment! Lacto-Fermenting for Flavour and Health

In this class we will learn about different types of fermentation and cultures including pickling vegetables, ginger beer, traditional sodas kombucha and more. We will prepare one lacto-fermented soda and one fermented veggie medley. Instructor: K.Ruby Blume. Registration info online.
