Facilitation for Group Decision-making

Democracy in small to medium sized groups is achieved through clear goals, respectful communication and by using an efficient decision-making process that maximizes participation by everyone involved.
This weekend workshop will give you practical tools to enjoy more effective and participatory meetings in your non-profit, your business or your community. Topics will include values and goals; democratic organizational structures; consensus and other decision-making processes; facilitation skills; planning for and running effective meetings, the practice of council; conflict resolution; and crafting agreements.
