Exploring Berkeley: The Historic Elmwood District

This event has passed.

Join us for a leisurely, 2.5-mile walk through the lovely and historic Elmwood neighborhood in southside Berkeley. On our tour, we’ll see such notable places such as where Patty Hearst was kidnapped, Bill and Hillary Clinton’s love nest, and the Unibomber’s home from his days as a University of California instructor. Holy history, Batman!

Beautiful Elmwood also features buildings designed by famed architects Bernard Maybeck and Julia Morgan.
