La Cocina is a non-profit, incubator kitchen that provides affordable commercial kitchen space, technical assistance, and industry market access to low-income entrepreneurs who are launching, growing and formalizing food businesses. We are a shared-use commercial kitchen space and also accept applications for commercial users.
