Update on Methyl Iodide Use

Lose the battle, but win the war? The bad news was that methyl iodide was approved for use in California in 2011, over the protests of scientists, environmentalists, and health care experts. But activists have been so effective at publicizing the pesticide’s dangers that growers have been reluctant to use it, and thereby garner bad press. California Watch has the details:
