Energy Upgrade California is now offering a new Flex Package rebate of $1,500. Flex Package allows you to select upgrade measures to make your home more comfortable and reduce energy use. Qualified upgrades include wall & crawlspace insulation, duct sealing & insulation, duct replacement & insulation, tankless or efficient hot water heater, efficient furnace & central AC, programmable thermostat, low-flow fixtures, whole-house fan, cool roof, attic insulation & air sealing, ENERGY STAR windows, efficient lighting fixtures and more. This is a pilot program that is available for a limited time on a first-come, first-serve basis to single-family detached homeowners in Alameda County.
