The Bicycle Art Salon invites residents to learn new ways to respond to climate change through personal, political, and community action. Minimize your greenhouse gas emissions, maximize your sense of community. Join us for a Climate Action Workshop at the Bridge Art Space. Dinner will be served from 5pm to 7pm (donation requested) and space reservation must be made prior to the event. Admission to the event itself is free. At this workshop you will: receive information and ideas for taking action to reduce your ecological footprint, facilitate community building, and drive political action on climate change; create a measurable action plan; benefit from the support, wisdom, and experience of fellow participants, and the expertise of the Ecology Center. This is part of the monthly speaker series held by the Bicycle Art Salon, designed to bring together activists and community members dedicated to furthering environmental causes.
